I offer professional video and photography services designed specifically for artists exhibiting solo shows. During your opening reception, I’ll document the energy of the evening, the conversations, and the way visitors engage with your work. The result is a beautifully edited short film that combines cinematic footage of the exhibition with the atmosphere of the opening night, creating a lasting record that you can share across your website, social media, grant applications, and future opportunities.
In addition to video, I also provide high-quality installation photography, capturing the exhibition as a complete body of work. These images are ideal for portfolios, exhibition archives, publications, and promotional materials.
Whether you’re exhibiting in a commercial gallery, artist-run space, or museum, this service helps preserve an important milestone in your artistic career. Solo Exhibition Opening
A considered video record of the exhibition opening, capturing the atmosphere of the evening alongside the artist, the work, the space and the people who come to experience it.
FILMING
2–3 hours of on-location filming, including:
The exhibition space and installation
Detailed shots of the artwork
The artist and/or curator
Guests and interactions
Opening-night atmosphere
Short artist or curator interview, where appropriate
The filming will be approached as both documentation and a visual portrait of the exhibition, creating material that can be used to communicate the show beyond the opening night.
EDITING & FINAL FILMS
The footage will be shaped into two finished films:
YouTube Film
A polished 3–5 minute edit capturing the exhibition, opening and artist's perspective.
Instagram / Reel
A 30–60 second vertical edit, designed specifically for Instagram and social media.
Both films will include:
Professional editing
Colour correction and grading
Audio editing
Music where appropriate
Titles and artist/exhibition information
Final formatting for the intended platform
One round of revisions is included.
FEE
€500
VAT will be added where applicable.
This includes filming, editing and delivery of the two final films described above.
DELIVERY
Final films will be supplied digitally in high-quality, platform-ready formats for YouTube and Instagram.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is required to secure the filming date.
The remaining 50% is payable on completion of the final edits.
Any additional filming, edits or deliverables outside the agreed scope will be discussed and quoted separately before proceeding.
